    KEY FOCUS POINTS

    • The Assessor will conduct a visual assessment of the working environment in order to identify possible conditions that may require extra attention and/or provide recommendations that could improve efficiency and safety if need be.
    • Our training schedule is flexible to align with the company's schedule and/or specific needs, so please feel free to communicate this with us, no matter what time of day or night you prefer training to be done.
    • Our aim is to keep production going as much as is practically possible, to prevent possible loss in revenue where we are able to do so.
    • We aim to leave the operator more confident by means of a better understanding on Safety, possible dangers that may arise and how to identify/prevent such situations. Our Assessors are committed to work with the operator(s) to find a solution on how to safely navigate through challenging situations and our core theme in training is to encourage each operator to practice Respect for the Workplace, Machinery, the Employer, Colleagues and ultimately Themselves.
    • We provide every Novice candidate with an informative reference manual containing the rules, procedures, and safety in operating. The manual also contains basic symbols and their meaning on packaging and the responsibilities of the operator as gazetted by the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
    • If found competent, then each operator will be supplied with a TETA and CETA registered Certificate of Competency and a License Card - valid for 2 years.
